Psi Chi Mentorship Program

A mentorship program is available for students who are seeking guidance and support in their academic career by a graduate student or upper-year level undergraduate student. Mentors and mentees are paired based on goals, academic interests, and career plans, to promote mutual learning. Being a part of the mentorship program is a great way for students to network, share knowledge and advice, gain guidance from other more experienced students, connect with relevant people in their field of interest, and find potential career openings after university.

There are no requirements to apply to become a mentee. However, to be a mentor, you must have a minimum average of 75% in your courses over the last year (though some exceptions can be made), and you must have completed at least four academic terms in the program.

Apply now in two easy steps:

  1. Complete and sign our Application Form
  2. Email your completed form to psichi@lakeheadu.ca

Forms will be reviewed and students will be matched accordingly.
